摘 要
在全球经济一体化和电子商务快速发展的背景下,跨境物流作为连接不同国家和地区商贸活动的重要桥梁,其效率与成本问题日益凸显。本研究旨在构建并优化跨境物流协同网络,以提高物流效率、降低运营成本,并应对复杂多变的国际市场环境。为实现这一目标,我们综合运用了网络分析、协同理论及多目标优化方法。首先,通过深入分析跨境物流网络的结构特征与动态演化规律,揭示了网络节点间的相互作用机制。其次,结合协同理论,构建了跨境物流协同网络模型,该模型不仅考虑了物流过程中的时间、成本、质量等多维度因素,还融入了风险共担与利益共享机制。在此基础上,我们运用多目标优化算法,对协同网络进行了优化求解,实现了物流效率与成本之间的有效平衡。研究结果表明,优化后的跨境物流协同网络在提升物流效率、降低运营成本方面表现出显著优势,且能够有效应对市场变化带来的不确定性。本研究不仅为跨境物流领域的理论与实践提供了有益补充,还为相关企业制定物流策略、优化资源配置提供了科学依据。

Research on the Construction and Optimization of Cross-border Logistics Synergy Network
Abstract: In the context of global economic integration and rapid e-commerce development, cross-border logistics serves as a crucial bridge connecting commercial activities across different countries and regions. However, the issues of efficiency and cost have become increasingly prominent. This study aims to construct and optimize a collaborative cross-border logistics network, seeking to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce operating costs, and adapt to the complex and volatile international market environment. To achieve this ob jective, we integrated network analysis, synergy theory, and multi-ob jective optimization methods. Initially, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics and dynamic evolution patterns of the cross-border logistics network, unveiling the interaction mechanisms among network nodes. Leveraging synergy theory, we then constructed a collaborative cross-border logistics network model that incorporates multi-dimensional factors such as time, cost, and quality in the logistics process, while also embedding risk-sharing and benefit-sharing mechanisms. Based on this model, we employed a multi-ob jective optimization algorithm to optimize the collaborative network, effectively balancing logistics efficiency and cost. The research findings indicate that the optimized collaborative cross-border logistics network exhibits significant advantages in improving logistics efficiency and reducing operating costs, while effectively addressing uncertainties arising from market changes. This study not only provides a valuable complement to the theory and practice in the field of cross-border logistics but also offers a scientific basis for related enterprises to formulate logistics strategies and optimize resource allocation.
