从运动动机角度探讨中学体育教育改革研究

摘  要:中学体育教育作为培养学生健康生活方式的重要环节,其改革已成为当前教育领域的热点议题。本研究以运动动机为切入点,探讨如何通过优化体育课程设计和教学方法提升学生的参与积极性与长期坚持性。基于自我决定理论,研究采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,对500名中学生及30名体育教师展开系统调研,分析了内在动机、外在动机及其交互作用对学生体育行为的影响机制。结果显示,自主支持型的教学环境能够显著增强学生的内在动机,而过度依赖外部奖励则可能削弱其长期参与意愿。此外,研究发现性别、年级等因素对运动动机存在显著调节效应。本研究的创新点在于将运动动机的多层次结构引入体育教育改革实践,并提出了以动机为导向的课程设计框架,为推动个性化、可持续的中学体育教育提供了理论依据与实践路径。研究成果对促进学生身心健康及终身体育意识的形成具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Secondary school physical education, as a critical component in fostering students' healthy lifestyles, has become a focal point for educational reform. This study investigates how to enhance students' participation and long-term persistence in physical education by optimizing curriculum design and teaching methods, with a focus on运动 motivation. Grounded in Self-Determination Theory, the research combines questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct a systematic investigation among 500 secondary school students and 30 physical education teachers, analyzing the impact mechanisms of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and their interaction on students' physical activity behaviors. The findings indicate that an autonomy-supportive teaching environment significantly strengthens students' intrinsic motivation, whereas over-reliance on external rewards may undermine their long-term willingness to participate. Additionally, the study reveals that factors such as gender and grade level exert significant moderating effects on exercise motivation. A key innovation of this research lies in integrating the multi-level structure of exercise motivation into the practice of physical education reform and proposing a motivation-oriented curriculum design fr amework, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting personalized and sustainable secondary school physical education. The research outcomes hold important reference value for enhancing students' physical and mental well-being and cultivating lifelong sports awareness.
