摘 要：随着社会对残疾人权益的关注日益提升，残疾人体育活动作为促进其身心健康与社会融入的重要途径，逐渐成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨残疾人参与体育活动的需求现状及影响因素，并提出针对性的优化对策。研究采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法，以300名不同残疾类型的参与者为样本，系统分析其在体育活动中的需求特征、障碍因素及支持需求。研究结果表明，残疾人对体育活动的需求呈现多样化趋势，但受制于设施不足、专业指导缺乏以及社会认知偏差等问题，其参与度和满意度较低。通过对比分析，本研究创新性地提出了构建“多主体协同支持体系”的理念，强调政府、社区、社会组织及家庭的联动作用，并设计了分层次、个性化的体育服务方案。这一成果不仅为相关政策制定提供了理论依据，也为实践层面的体育服务优化指明了方向，从而推动残疾人体育事业的可持续发展。

A Study on the Needs and Countermeasures of Sports Activities for People with Disabilities

Abstract：With increasing societal attention to the rights of people with disabilities, sports activities for this group have gradually become a research hotspot as an important pathway to promoting their physical and mental well-being and social integration. This study aims to explore the current status of needs and influencing factors regarding the participation of people with disabilities in sports activities, while proposing targeted optimization strategies. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, the study systematically analyzes the demand characteristics, barriers, and support needs of 300 participants with various types of disabilities. The results indicate that the demand for sports activities among people with disabilities exhibits a trend toward diversification; however, their participation levels and satisfaction remain low due to constraints such as insufficient facilities, a lack of professional guidance, and societal cognitive biases. Through comparative analysis, this study innovatively proposes the concept of a "multi-stakeholder collaborative support system," emphasizing the synergistic roles of government, communities, social organizations, and families. Additionally, it designs tiered and personalized sports service plans. These outcomes not only provide a theoretical basis for relevant policy formulation but also clarify directions for optimizing sports services at the practical level, thereby promoting the sustainable development of sports for people with disabilities.
