社区治理中的多元主体合作模式研究
摘 要
本研究采用混合方法设计，结合文献分析、案例研究与问卷调查，选取了具有代表性的城市社区作为研究对象，深入剖析了政府、社会组织、居民以及企业等多方主体在社区治理中的角色定位、互动方式及协作效果。研究发现，多元主体的合作模式能够显著提高社区资源的整合效率，增强居民参与度，并促进社区自治能力的提升。然而，合作过程中也存在权责不清、利益协调不足及信任机制缺失等问题。为此，本文提出建立明确的制度框架、优化激励机制和完善沟通平台等对策建议。

Research on the Multi-Subject Cooperation Model in Community Governance
Abstract
This study adopts mixed method design, combines literature analysis, case study and questionnaire survey, selects representative urban communities as the research ob ject, and deeply analyzes the role positioning, interaction mode and cooperation effect of government, social organizations, residents and enterprises in community governance. The study found that the cooperation mode of multiple subjects can significantly improve the integration efficiency of community resources, enhance the participation of residents, and promote the improvement of community autonomy ability. However, there are also some problems in the process of cooperation, such as unclear rights and responsibilities, insufficient interest coordination and lack of trust mechanism. Therefore, this paper puts forward the suggestions of establishing a clear institutional fr amework, optimizing the incentive mechanism and improving the communication platform.
