摘 要
随着医疗信息化的快速发展，智能化护理信息系统逐渐成为提升护理工作效率的重要工具。本研究旨在探讨智能化护理信息系统在实际应用中的作用及其对护理工作的影响，以期为优化护理管理模式提供参考。研究采用准实验设计，选取某三甲医院的两个科室作为研究对象，其中一个科室实施智能化护理信息系统干预，另一个科室作为对照组维持传统护理模式。通过为期6个月的数据收集与分析，结果显示，使用智能化护理信息系统的科室在护理文书书写时间、患者信息记录准确率以及护理人员工作满意度等方面均显著优于对照组。此外，系统内置的智能提醒功能有效减少了护理遗漏事件的发生，提升了护理质量。本研究的创新点在于首次将人工智能技术与护理信息系统深度融合，实现了护理任务的自动化分配和实时监控，从而显著提高了护理工作的效率与精准性。研究结论表明，智能化护理信息系统不仅能够减轻护理人员的工作负担，还能优化资源配置，为构建智慧化医疗体系提供了重要支持。这一研究成果对推动护理信息化建设具有重要的实践意义和推广价值。

The Role of Intelligent Nursing Information Systems in Enhancing Nursing Work Efficiency
Abstract
With the rapid development of medical informatization, intelligent nursing information systems have gradually become important tools for improving nursing work efficiency. This study aims to explore the role of intelligent nursing information systems in practical applications and their impact on nursing work, providing references for optimizing nursing management models. A quasi-experimental design was adopted, selecting two departments of a tertiary hospital as research subjects, with one department implementing the intervention of an intelligent nursing information system and the other serving as the control group maintaining traditional nursing practices. Data were collected and analyzed over a six-month period, revealing that the department utilizing the intelligent nursing information system significantly outperformed the control group in terms of time spent on nursing documentation, accuracy of patient information recording, and job satisfaction among nursing staff. Additionally, the system's built-in smart reminder function effectively reduced the occurrence of nursing omissions, thereby enhancing nursing quality. The innovation of this study lies in its first-time deep integration of artificial intelligence technology with nursing information systems, achieving automated task allocation and real-time monitoring, which substantially improved the efficiency and precision of nursing work. The conclusion indicates that intelligent nursing information systems can not only alleviate the workload of nursing personnel but also optimize resource allocation, offering critical support for constructing a smart healthcare system. This research achievement holds significant practical implications and promotion value for advancing nursing informatization construction.
