随着素质教育的深入推进,小学体育教学在促进学生身心健康与全面发展中的作用日益凸显,而培养学生运动兴趣成为提升体育教学质量的关键环节。本研究旨在探讨小学体育教学中学生运动兴趣的有效培养策略,以期为优化体育教学提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和案例分析法相结合的方式,选取某市三所小学共计500名学生及30名体育教师作为研究对象,系统考察了当前小学体育教学中学生运动兴趣的现状及其影响因素。研究发现,传统教学模式单一、缺乏个性化设计以及师生互动不足是制约学生运动兴趣发展的主要问题。基于此,本文提出通过丰富教学内容、创新教学方法、强化情感激励以及构建家校合作机制等多维度策略来激发学生的运动兴趣。研究表明,上述策略能够显著提高学生参与体育活动的积极性,并有效促进其运动技能的发展。本研究的创新点在于将情感教育融入体育教学过程,强调以学生为中心的教学理念,同时结合现代信息技术手段优化教学设计,为小学体育教学改革提供了新的思路和参考依据。研究成果对推动小学体育教学质量和学生综合素质的提升具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the deepening of quality-oriented education, the role of primary school physical education in promoting students' physical and mental health as well as their overall development has become increasingly prominent, and cultivating students' interest in sports has become a critical component for enhancing the quality of physical education. This study aims to explore effective strategies for fostering students' interest in sports within the context of primary school physical education, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing teaching practices. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case analysis, this research selected 500 students and 30 physical education teachers from three primary schools in a city to systematically examine the current status of students' interest in sports and its influencing factors in physical education classes. The findings indicate that the main issues constraining the development of students' interest in sports include the singularity of traditional teaching models, insufficient personalized design, and inadequate teacher-student interaction. In response, this paper proposes multi-dimensional strategies to stimulate students' interest in sports, such as enriching teaching content, innovating teaching methods, strengthening emotional incentives, and establishing home-school cooperation mechanisms. The study demonstrates that these strategies can significantly enhance students' enthusiasm for participating in physical activities and effectively promote the development of their sports skills. The innovation of this research lies in integrating emotional education into the process of physical education, emphasizing a student-centered teaching philosophy, and utilizing modern information technology to optimize teaching design, thereby offering new perspectives and reference points for the reform of primary school physical education. The research findings hold significant implications for improving the quality of primary school physical education and enhancing students' overall qualities.
