摘要
随着电力系统规模的不断扩大和智能化需求的日益增长,传统变电站监控系统已难以满足高效、精准的运维管理要求。为此,本文提出了一种基于物联网技术的智能变电站监控系统开发方案,旨在通过集成先进的传感技术、通信技术和数据处理算法,实现对变电站设备状态的实时监测与智能分析。研究采用分层架构设计,包括感知层、网络层和应用层,利用无线传感器网络采集设备运行参数,并结合边缘计算技术优化数据传输效率与处理速度。同时,引入大数据分析和机器学习方法,构建故障预测模型,提升系统的预警能力和决策支持水平。实验结果表明,该系统能够显著提高数据采集的准确性和实时性,有效降低设备故障率,并为运维人员提供科学依据。本研究的主要创新点在于将物联网技术与变电站监控深度融合,实现了从单一数据采集向全面智能管理的转变,为电力系统的智能化升级提供了可行的技术路径。

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of power system scale and the growing demand for intelligence, traditional substation monitoring systems are increasingly unable to meet the requirements for efficient and precise operation and maintenance management. To address this challenge, this study proposes a development scheme for an intelligent substation monitoring system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which aims to achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of substation equipment status by integrating advanced sensing technologies, communication technologies, and data processing algorithms. A hierarchical architecture design is adopted, comprising the perception layer, network layer, and application layer. Wireless sensor networks are utilized to collect operational parameters of equipment, while edge computing technology is incorporated to optimize data transmission efficiency and processing speed. Additionally, big data analytics and machine learning methods are introduced to construct fault prediction models, thereby enhancing the system's early warning capabilities and decision-support levels. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system significantly improves the accuracy and real-time performance of data collection, effectively reduces equipment failure rates, and provides scientific evidence for operation and maintenance personnel. The primary innovation of this research lies in the deep integration of IoT technology with substation monitoring, facilitating a transformation from single-data acquisition to comprehensive intelligent management and offering a feasible technical pathway for the intelligent upgrade of power systems.
