公共事业管理中的利益相关者协调机制研究 -公共事业管理专业

摘要

公共事业管理涉及众多利益相关者，其协调机制的构建对提升公共事业服务质量、实现资源优化配置和社会效益最大化具有重要意义。本研究聚焦于公共事业管理中的利益相关者协调机制，旨在探索有效的协调路径以解决当前存在的利益冲突与合作障碍等问题。在现有框架下，各利益相关者之间存在信息不对称、目标差异以及沟通渠道不畅等诸多问题，这些问题制约了公共事业的发展效率与质量。本研究提出构建一个多主体参与、多渠道互动、多层次保障的利益相关者协调机制，创新性地引入智能技术辅助决策支持系统，促进信息共享透明化。该研究成果不仅丰富了公共事业管理理论，更为实际工作中处理复杂利益关系提供了可操作性强的方法指导，有助于推动我国公共事业健康可持续发展。

Research on Stakeholder Coordination Mechanisms in Public Utilities Management

Abstract

Public utilities management involves many stakeholders, and the construction of its coordination mechanism is of great significance for improving the service quality of public utilities, realizing the optimal allocation of resources and maximizing social benefits. This study focuses on the stakeholder coordination mechanism in public utility management, aiming to explore effective coordination paths to solve the current problems such as conflict of interest and cooperation obstacles. Under the existing fr amework, there are many problems among stakeholders, such as asymmetric information, different goals and poor communication channels, which restrict the development efficiency and quality of public utilities. This study proposes to construct a stakeholder coordination mechanism with multi-subject participation, multi-channel interaction and multi-level guarantee, and innovatively introduce intelligent technology-assisted decision support system to promote the transparency of information sharing. The research results not only enriched the theory of public utilities management, but also provided an operable method to guide the handling of complex interest relations in the actual work, which was conducive to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of public utilities in our country.
