  随着现代物流业的快速发展,企业物流管理中的配送环节面临着成本控制与效率提升的双重挑战。为解决这一问题,本文聚焦于企业物流配送优化策略的研究,旨在通过构建科学合理的配送模型,实现降低配送成本、提高客户满意度的目标。研究基于对当前企业物流配送现状的深入分析,发现传统配送模式存在路径规划不合理、资源利用率低等问题,进而提出以智能算法为核心的配送优化方法,包括遗传算法、蚁群算法等,并结合实际案例进行验证。结果表明,应用智能算法优化后的配送方案能够有效缩短配送时间约20%,降低运输成本15%左右,车辆装载率提高至85%以上。此外,研究还创新性地引入了动态调整机制,在应对突发情况时可灵活调整配送计划,确保配送过程的稳定性和可靠性。本研究为企业物流配送提供了新的思路和方法,不仅有助于提升企业的市场竞争力,也为物流行业的可持续发展贡献了理论支持和技术保障。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of modern logistics, enterprises are facing dual challenges of cost control and efficiency improvement in the distribution phase of logistics management. To address these issues, this study focuses on optimizing enterprise logistics distribution strategies, aiming to reduce distribution costs and enhance customer satisfaction through the construction of a scientifically sound distribution model. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current status of enterprise logistics distribution, it is found that traditional distribution models suffer from problems such as irrational route planning and low resource utilization. Consequently, this study proposes intelligent algorithm-based optimization methods, including genetic algorithms and ant colony algorithms, which are validated through practical case studies. The results demonstrate that the optimized distribution schemes utilizing intelligent algorithms can effectively shorten delivery times by approximately 20%, reduce transportation costs by around 15%, and increase vehicle loading rates to over 85%. Furthermore, this research innovatively introduces a dynamic adjustment mechanism, enabling flexible modification of distribution plans in response to emergencies, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the distribution process. This study provides new approaches and methods for enterprise logistics distribution, not only enhancing corporate market competitiveness but also contributing theoretical support and technical guarantees for the sustainable development of the logistics industry.
