中国农村土地制度改革的经济影响研究 -经济学专业

摘要

中国农村土地制度改革是推动乡村振兴和实现农业农村现代化的关键举措，研究其经济影响具有重要的理论与现实意义。本研究基于新制度经济学、产权理论等理论基础，从农业生产效率、农民收入水平、农村产业结构升级以及城乡融合发展四个维度深入剖析农村土地制度改革对农村经济发展的综合影响。研究发现，农村土地制度改革显著提升了农业生产效率，促进了农业规模化经营；有效增加了农民财产性收入，缩小了城乡居民收入差距；加速了农村产业结构优化升级，推动了农村一二三产业融合发展；有利于城乡要素自由流动和平等交换，促进了城乡融合发展。本研究创新性地将农村土地制度改革置于城乡融合发展的大背景下考察其经济影响，并且采用多种计量方法进行稳健性检验，确保了研究结论的可靠性，为中国深化农村土地制度改革提供了理论依据和实证支持。

Abstract

China's rural land system reform is a key measure to promote rural revitalization and realize agricultural and rural modernization, and the study of its economic impact has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theoretical basis of new institutional economics and property rights theory, this study deeply analyzes the comprehensive impact of rural land system reform on rural economic development from four dimensions: agricultural production efficiency, farmers' income level, rural industrial structure upgrading and urban-rural integration. It is found that the rural land system reform has significantly improved agricultural production efficiency and promoted agricultural scale management. It has effectively increased farmers' property income and narrowed the income gap between urban and rural residents. It accelerated the optimization and upgrading of the rural industrial structure and promoted the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas. It is conducive to the free flow and equal exchange of urban and rural factors, and promotes the integrated development of urban and rural areas. This study innovatively examines the economic impact of rural land system reform in the context of urban-rural integrated development, and adopts a variety of measurement methods to conduct robustness tests, ensuring the reliability of the research conclusions and providing theoretical basis and empirical support for China's deepening of rural land system reform.
