摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展和消费者需求的日益多样化,传统零售模式面临巨大挑战,新零售模式应运而生,在此背景下研究企业供应链优化与协同管理具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨新零售模式下如何通过优化供应链及强化协同管理来提升企业竞争力。基于系统动力学理论,构建了包含供应商、制造商、零售商及消费者的供应链模型,并运用大数据分析等方法深入剖析各主体间的信息交互机制。研究发现,信息共享平台的建立能显著提高供应链响应速度,降低库存成本;智能物流系统的应用可增强配送效率和服务质量。创新性地提出以消费者为中心的定制化供应链管理模式,强调全渠道融合的重要性,突破了以往仅关注内部流程优化的研究局限,为企业在新零售环境下的供应链管理提供了新思路,有助于企业在复杂多变的市场环境中实现可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing diversification of consumer demands, traditional retail models are facing significant challenges, leading to the emergence of new retail models. In this context, researching supply chain optimization and collaborative management holds considerable significance. This study aims to explore how enterprises can enhance their competitiveness by optimizing the supply chain and strengthening collaborative management under the new retail model. Based on system dynamics theory, a supply chain model encompassing suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers was constructed. By employing big data analysis and other methods, the information interaction mechanisms among these entities were thoroughly examined. The findings indicate that establishing an information sharing platform can significantly improve supply chain responsiveness and reduce inventory costs, while the application of intelligent logistics systems can enhance delivery efficiency and service quality. Innovatively, this study proposes a consumer-centric customized supply chain management model, emphasizing the importance of omnichannel integration. This approach breaks through the previous research limitations that focused solely on internal process optimization, providing new insights for enterprise supply chain management in the new retail environment and contributing to sustainable development in complex and dynamic market conditions.
