摘 要
再生混凝土作为一种可持续建筑材料,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究旨在系统探讨再生混凝土的力学性能及其在实际工程中的应用潜力,为推动建筑废弃物资源化利用提供理论依据和技术支持。通过对不同掺量、粒径和预处理方式的再生骨料进行系统实验研究,结合微观结构分析,揭示了再生混凝土的强度发展规律和破坏机理。研究表明,通过优化配合比设计和采用适当的预处理技术,可以有效改善再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,使其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量等关键指标达到或接近普通混凝土水平。特别地,本研究发现经过热处理和表面改性的再生骨料能够显著提高界面过渡区的质量,从而增强材料的整体性能。基于上述研究成果,提出了适用于不同类型工程结构的再生混凝土配制方案,并通过实际工程案例验证了其可行性和经济性。本研究不仅为再生混凝土的大规模推广应用提供了科学依据,也为实现建筑行业的绿色转型做出了重要贡献。

Abstract
Recycled concrete, as a sustainable building material, has garnered significant attention in recent years. This study systematically investigates the mechanical properties of recycled concrete and its potential applications in practical engineering projects, providing theoretical support and technical guidance for the resource utilization of construction waste. Through systematic experimental research on recycled aggregates with varying proportions, particle sizes, and pretreatment methods, combined with microstructural analysis, this study reveals the strength development patterns and failure mechanisms of recycled concrete. The findings indicate that optimized mix design and appropriate pretreatment technologies can effectively enhance the workability and mechanical properties of recycled concrete, bringing key indicators such as compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and elastic modulus to levels comparable to those of conventional concrete. Notably, this study finds that thermally treated and surface-modified recycled aggregates significantly improve the quality of the interfacial transition zone, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the material. Based on these research outcomes, recycling concrete mix designs suitable for different types of engineering structures are proposed and validated through practical engineering cases, demonstrating their feasibility and economic viability. This research not only provides a scientific basis for the large-scale promotion and application of recycled concrete but also makes an important contribution to achieving a green transformation in the construction industry.
