摘 要
混凝土作为现代建筑工程中不可或缺的材料,其裂缝问题严重影响结构的安全性、耐久性和美观性。为深入探究混凝土裂缝成因并提出有效预防措施,本研究基于国内外相关研究成果,结合实际工程案例,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,对混凝土裂缝产生的多种因素进行了系统分析。研究发现,材料特性如水泥品种、骨料级配等,环境因素包括温度变化、湿度影响,施工工艺诸如振捣方式、养护方法等均是导致混凝土裂缝的重要原因。通过建立数学模型模拟不同条件下混凝土内部应力应变状态,揭示了各因素之间的相互作用机制。在此基础上,提出了从原材料选择、配合比设计到施工过程控制等一系列创新性的预防措施,强调了精细化管理在减少裂缝发生中的关键作用。本研究不仅丰富了混凝土裂缝防治理论体系,还为实际工程提供了具有可操作性的技术指导,对于提高混凝土工程质量、延长建筑物使用寿命具有重要意义。

Abstract
Concrete, as an indispensable material in modern architectural engineering, has its crack issues severely impacting the safety, durability, and aesthetics of structures. To thoroughly investigate the causes of concrete cracks and propose effective preventive measures, this study integrates domestic and international research findings with practical engineering cases, employing a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research to systematically analyze various factors contributing to concrete cracking. It is found that material characteristics such as types of cement and aggregate gradation, environmental factors including temperature changes and humidity effects, and construction techniques like vibration methods and curing practices are all significant causes of concrete cracks. By establishing mathematical models to simulate the internal stress-strain states of concrete under different conditions, the interaction mechanisms among these factors are revealed. On this basis, a series of innovative preventive measures are proposed, ranging from raw material selection and mix proportion design to construction process control, emphasizing the critical role of refined management in reducing crack occurrence. This study not only enriches the theoretical system for preventing and controlling concrete cracks but also provides practical and operational technical guidance for actual engineering projects, which is of great significance for improving concrete engineering quality and extending the service life of buildings.
