  城市地下综合管廊作为现代化城市基础设施的重要组成部分,对提升城市管理水平和资源利用效率具有重要意义。本文针对城市地下综合管廊设计与施工中的关键技术展开研究,旨在解决传统管线敷设方式存在的诸多问题,提高工程建设质量与运营维护水平。通过对国内外相关理论成果及工程实践经验的系统梳理,结合具体项目案例分析,重点探讨了综合管廊规划布局优化、结构选型合理性、防水防腐技术应用以及智能化监控系统集成等核心内容。在设计方面,创新性地提出了基于全生命周期理念的多专业协同设计方法,实现了从规划到运维各阶段的有效衔接;施工过程中,引入BIM(建筑信息模型)技术辅助现场管理,确保了工程进度与质量安全可控;同时,针对不同地质条件下的特殊施工难题,研发了适应性强的新型支护体系和高效注浆工艺,有效降低了施工风险并提高了工效。研究成果不仅为我国城市地下空间开发利用提供了重要的技术支持,也为后续类似工程项目的实施积累了宝贵经验,推动了行业技术进步与发展。

Abstract

  Urban underground utility tunnels, as a critical component of modern urban infrastructure, play a significant role in enhancing urban management efficiency and resource utilization. This study focuses on key technologies in the design and construction of urban underground utility tunnels, aiming to address various issues associated with traditional pipeline installation methods and improve the quality of engineering construction and operation maintenance. By systematically reviewing relevant theoretical achievements and practical experiences both domestically and internationally, combined with case studies, this research delves into core aspects such as optimized planning and layout of integrated utility tunnels, rationality of structural selection, application of waterproofing and anti-corrosion technologies, and integration of intelligent monitoring systems. In terms of design, an innovative multi-disciplinary collaborative design approach based on the full lifecycle concept is proposed, achieving effective integration from planning through operation and maintenance stages. During construction, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is introduced to assist site management, ensuring controllable project progress and quality safety. Additionally, for specific construction challenges under different geological conditions, adaptable new support systems and efficient grouting techniques have been developed, effectively reducing construction risks and improving work efficiency. The research outcomes not only provide essential technical support for the development and utilization of urban underground space in China but also accumulate valuable experience for subsequent similar projects, promoting technological advancement and development in the industry.
