摘 要
骨折是常见的创伤性疾病，其功能恢复不仅依赖于骨折本身的愈合，更与康复治疗密切相关。为探究康复治疗对骨折后功能恢复的作用，本研究选取某医院骨科收治的120例骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上进行系统的康复治疗，包括物理疗法、运动疗法等。通过对比两组患者骨折愈合时间、关节活动度、肌力等指标发现，观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显缩短，关节活动度更大，肌力恢复更好。这表明康复治疗能够促进骨折部位血液循环，减轻肿胀，防止肌肉萎缩，改善关节活动度，提高骨折后功能恢复效果。本研究创新性地系统评估了康复治疗在骨折后功能恢复中的作用，强调了康复治疗早期介入的重要性，为临床骨折患者的康复提供了新的思路和方法，有助于提高骨折患者的生活质量。

Abstract
Fractures are common traumatic conditions, and their functional recovery depends not only on the healing of the fracture itself but also closely relates to rehabilitation therapy. To investigate the role of rehabilitation therapy in post-fracture functional recovery, this study selected 120 patients with fractures admitted to the orthopedic department of a hospital as research subjects, who were divided into an observation group and a control group of 60 cases each according to a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group underwent systematic rehabilitation therapy, including physical therapy and exercise therapy, in addition to routine care. By comparing indicators such as fracture healing time, range of joint motion, and muscle strength between the two groups, it was found that the fracture healing time in the observation group was significantly shortened, the range of joint motion was greater, and muscle strength recovery was better. This indicates that rehabilitation therapy can promote blood circulation in the fractured area, reduce swelling, prevent muscle atrophy, improve joint mobility, and enhance the effectiveness of post-fracture functional recovery. This study innovatively provides a systematic evaluation of the role of rehabilitation therapy in post-fracture functional recovery, emphasizing the importance of early intervention in rehabilitation therapy, offering new ideas and methods for the rehabilitation of clinical fracture patients, and contributing to improving the quality of life for patients with fractures.
