  随着数字化技术的迅猛发展,其在口腔正畸治疗领域的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在探讨数字化技术在口腔正畸治疗中的应用前景,通过文献综述与临床案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前数字化技术在诊断、治疗规划、矫治器制造及疗效评估等环节的应用现状。研究表明,数字化三维成像技术能够提供更加精准的牙齿及颌骨结构信息,为个性化治疗方案的设计奠定基础;计算机辅助设计与制造技术实现了矫治器的定制化生产,提高了矫治效率和患者舒适度;数字化监控系统可实时跟踪治疗进展,及时调整治疗方案。研究发现,数字化技术不仅提升了口腔正畸治疗的精确性和有效性,还改善了患者的就医体验,缩短了疗程。创新点在于整合多种数字化技术形成全流程解决方案,并首次提出基于人工智能的口腔正畸预测模型,该模型可根据患者个体特征预测治疗效果,为临床决策提供科学依据。主要贡献在于推动了口腔正畸领域从传统经验型向现代精准医疗模式转变,为未来数字化口腔正畸技术的发展提供了理论支持和技术储备,具有重要的临床意义和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of digital technologies, their applications in orthodontic treatment have become increasingly widespread. This study aims to explore the prospects of digital technology in orthodontic treatment by integrating literature review and clinical case analysis to systematically examine the current status of digital technology in diagnosis, treatment planning, appliance manufacturing, and treatment evaluation. The research demonstrates that three-dimensional digital imaging technology provides more accurate information on dental and jawbone structures, laying the foundation for personalized treatment plans; computer-aided design and manufacturing technologies enable customized production of orthodontic appliances, enhancing treatment efficiency and patient comfort; digital monitoring systems can track treatment progress in real time, allowing for timely adjustments to treatment protocols. It is found that digital technology not only improves the accuracy and effectiveness of orthodontic treatment but also enhances the patient experience and shortens the treatment duration. An innovation of this study lies in integrating multiple digital technologies into a comprehensive solution and proposing an artificial intelligence-based orthodontic prediction model for the first time. This model can predict treatment outcomes based on individual patient characteristics, providing a scientific basis for clinical decision-making. The main contribution of this study is promoting the transition from traditional empirical approaches to modern precision medicine in the field of orthodontics, offering theoretical support and technical reserves for the future development of digital orthodontic technology, which holds significant clinical implications and broad application prospects.
