  随着社会进步和人们审美观念的提升,口腔美学修复技术日益受到重视。本研究旨在探讨近年来口腔美学修复技术的新进展及其应用效果。通过对国内外大量文献资料进行系统梳理,并结合临床案例分析,重点研究了数字化技术在口腔美学修复中的应用,包括数字化印模、计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)等技术手段对修复精度和效率的影响。同时,引入新型材料如高强度全瓷材料、纳米复合树脂等,这些材料具有良好的生物相容性和美学性能,能够更好地满足患者需求。研究发现,数字化技术的应用显著提高了修复体的适配度和美观性,缩短了治疗周期;新型材料的应用则增强了修复体的耐用性和自然美感。此外,本研究还探索了多学科联合治疗模式在复杂病例中的应用价值,通过牙周、正畸、修复等多学科协作,实现了更理想的综合治疗效果。本研究创新性地将数字化技术和新材料应用于口腔美学修复领域,为临床实践提供了新的思路和方法,推动了口腔美学修复技术向精准化、个性化方向发展,有助于提高患者的满意度和生活质量。

Abstract

  With the advancement of society and the elevation of aesthetic awareness, dental aesthetic restoration technology has gained increasing attention. This study aims to investigate recent advancements in dental aesthetic restoration techniques and their application outcomes. By systematically reviewing a large body of literature both domestically and internationally, combined with clinical case analysis, this research focuses on the application of digital technologies in dental aesthetics, including digital impressions and computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM), examining their impact on restoration accuracy and efficiency. Meanwhile, novel materials such as high-strength all-ceramic materials and nano-composite resins, which possess excellent biocompatibility and aesthetic properties, have been introduced to better meet patient needs. The findings indicate that the application of digital technology significantly improves the fit and aesthetics of restorations while shortening treatment duration; the use of new materials enhances the durability and natural appearance of restorations. Additionally, this study explores the value of multidisciplinary collaborative treatment models in complex cases, achieving more optimal comprehensive treatment effects through collaboration among periodontics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics. Innovatively integrating digital technologies and new materials into dental aesthetic restoration, this study provides new insights and methods for clinical practice, promoting the development of dental aesthetic restoration towards precision and personalization, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction and quality of life.
