小学生心理健康教育的现状与改进建议

摘  要

小学生心理健康教育是促进学生全面发展的重要组成部分,随着社会快速发展和竞争压力增大,小学生面临的心理问题日益凸显,对其心理健康进行有效教育成为亟待解决的问题。本研究旨在深入探究小学生心理健康教育的现状并提出改进建议,以期为相关教育工作提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对全国多个地区不同层次学校的问卷调查、访谈以及文献分析等方法,全面了解当前小学生心理健康教育在课程设置、师资力量、家校合作等方面的情况。研究发现,目前小学生心理健康教育存在课程体系不完善、专业教师匮乏、家庭与学校协同育人机制缺乏等问题。针对上述问题,创新性地提出构建多元融合的心理健康教育课程体系,加强心理健康教育师资队伍建设,建立家校社协同育人模式等建议。

The present situation of mental health education for primary school students and suggestions for improvement

Abstract:Primary school students' mental health education is an important part of promoting students' all-round development. With the rapid development of society and the increase of competitive pressure, primary school students are facing increasingly prominent psychological problems, and effective education on their mental health has become an urgent problem to be solved. The purpose of this study is to probe into the current situation of primary school students' mental health education and put forward suggestions for improvement, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for related education work. Through the questionnaire survey, interview and literature analysis of schools of different levels in many regions of the country, the current situation of primary school students' mental health education in curriculum, teachers, home-school cooperation and other aspects is comprehensively understood. It is found that there are some problems in mental health education of primary school students, such as imperfect curriculum system, lack of professional teachers and lack of cooperative education mechanism between family and school. In view of the above problems, the paper innovatively puts forward some suggestions such as constructing a multi-integrated mental health education curriculum system, strengthening the construction of mental health education teachers, and establishing a model of home-school-community cooperative education.
