摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型成为必然趋势,这不仅改变了企业的运营模式,也对其组织结构提出了新的要求。本研究旨在探讨企业数字化转型过程中组织变革的路径、机制及影响因素,以期为企业顺利实现数字化转型提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对多家成功实施数字化转型的企业进行案例分析和问卷调查相结合的方法,发现企业在数字化转型中需构建扁平化、柔性化的组织架构,强化数据驱动决策能力,并建立跨部门协作机制。研究结果表明,领导层重视程度、员工数字技能水平、企业文化适应性是影响组织变革效果的关键因素。本研究创新性地将组织变革理论与数字化转型实践相结合,提出了一套适用于不同类型企业的组织变革框架,为后续研究提供了新的视角,也为企业管理者在制定数字化转型战略时提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable trend, which not only alters their operational models but also imposes new requirements on organizational structures. This study aims to explore the paths, mechanisms, and influencing factors of organizational change during the digital transformation of enterprises, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the successful realization of digital transformation. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and combining case studies with survey questionnaires of multiple enterprises that have successfully implemented digital transformation, it is found that enterprises need to construct a flatter and more flexible organizational structure, enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities, and establish cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms during digital transformation. The research results indicate that the degree of emphasis by leadership, the level of employee digital skills, and the adaptability of corporate culture are key factors affecting the effectiveness of organizational change. Innovatively, this study integrates organizational change theory with digital transformation practices, proposing an organizational change fr amework applicable to different types of enterprises, offering a new perspective for subsequent research and providing valuable references for enterprise managers in formulating digital transformation strategies.
