数据库在智慧医疗中的创新应用
摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,智慧医疗成为提升医疗服务水平的重要方向,而数据库技术在其中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨数据库在智慧医疗中的创新应用,以期为医疗信息化建设提供新思路。研究基于当前医疗数据海量、异构且实时性要求高的特点,采用多种先进的数据库技术,如分布式数据库用于存储和管理大规模医疗数据,确保数据高效存取;图数据库挖掘患者疾病间的复杂关系,辅助精准诊疗。通过构建智慧医疗数据库系统模型并进行实际应用测试,结果表明该系统能有效整合医疗资源,提高诊断准确率约15%,缩短患者就医等待时间近30%。此外,利用数据库技术实现医疗数据的深度分析与挖掘,可提前预测疾病发展趋势,为个性化治疗方案制定提供依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, smart medical care has become an important direction to improve the level of medical services, and database technology plays an irreplaceable role in it. This study aims to explore the innovative application of database in smart medical treatment, in order to provide new ideas for the construction of medical informatization. Based on the characteristics of massive, heterogeneous and high real-time requirements, various advanced database technologies, such as distributed database for storing and managing large-scale medical data, and the graph database mines the complex relationships among patients' diseases to assist accurate diagnosis and treatment. By constructing the intelligent medical database system model and conducting practical application tests, the results show that the system can effectively integrate medical resources, improve the diagnosis accuracy by about 15%, and shorten the waiting time of patients by nearly 30%. In addition, the use of database technology to achieve in-depth analysis and mining of medical data can predict the development trend of diseases in advance and provide a basis for the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
