摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型已成为企业应对复杂多变市场环境的关键战略选择。本研究聚焦于数字化时代下企业战略转型的路径与机制,旨在揭示企业在数字化进程中实现可持续发展的内在逻辑。基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,通过构建理论框架并运用案例分析法对多家成功转型的企业进行深入剖析,发现企业战略转型主要通过技术创新、组织变革、商业模式创新三条路径实现。研究结果表明,数据驱动决策、敏捷组织建设以及生态合作网络是推动转型成功的核心要素。本研究创新性地提出了“数字化转型成熟度模型”,为企业评估自身转型阶段提供科学依据,并为制定精准转型策略提供了理论支撑。该模型不仅填补了现有研究中关于转型过程量化评估的空白,还为企业管理者提供了具有实践指导意义的操作工具,有助于提升企业在数字经济时代的竞争力和适应能力。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a critical strategic choice for enterprises to cope with the complex and volatile market environment. This study focuses on the pathways and mechanisms of corporate strategic transformation in the digital age, aiming to uncover the intrinsic logic by which enterprises achieve sustainable development during the digitalization process. Grounded in the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory, this research constructs a theoretical fr amework and employs case analysis to conduct an in-depth examination of multiple successfully transformed enterprises, revealing that corporate strategic transformation primarily occurs through three pathways: technological innovation, organizational change, and business model innovation. The findings indicate that data-driven decision-making, agile organization building, and ecological cooperation networks are core elements driving successful transformation. Innovatively, this study proposes a “Digital Transformation Maturity Model,” providing enterprises with a scientific basis for assessing their transformation stages and theoretical support for formulating precise transformation strategies. This model not only fills the gap in existing research regarding quantitative evaluation of the transformation process but also offers managerial practitioners an operational tool with practical guidance, thereby enhancing enterprises' competitiveness and adaptability in the era of digital economy.
