面向医疗数据的数据库隐私保护机制
摘 要
随着医疗信息化的快速发展，医疗数据的共享和利用成为提升医疗服务水平的重要途径，但医疗数据中包含大量患者隐私信息，如何在有效利用医疗数据的同时保护患者隐私成为亟待解决的问题。为此，本研究旨在构建面向医疗数据的数据库隐私保护机制。本研究基于差分隐私理论，结合医疗数据的特点，提出一种融合数据扰动与访问控制的隐私保护方法，该方法通过引入可控的数据扰动程度，在保证数据可用性的前提下实现对患者隐私的有效保护，并且设计了多级访问控制策略以适应不同用户角色对医疗数据的访问需求。实验结果表明，所提方法能够在一定程度上降低隐私泄露风险，同时确保数据查询结果的准确性满足实际应用要求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of medical informatization, the sharing and utilization of medical data has become an important way to improve the level of medical service. However, medical data contains a large amount of patient privacy information, so how to effectively use medical data and protect patients' privacy has become an urgent problem to be solved. To this end, this study aims to construct a database privacy protection mechanism for medical data. Based on the differential privacy theory and combining with the characteristics of medical data, this study proposes a privacy protection method of integrating data disturbance and access control. It realizes the effective protection of patient privacy under the premise of ensuring data availability, and designs a multilevel access control strategy to adapt to the needs of different users in accessing medical data. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the risk of privacy leakage to some extent, and ensure that the accuracy of the data query results meets the requirements of practical application.
