新兴市场企业国际化战略是当今全球经济中备受关注的课题。本研究旨在通过系统性分析,深入探讨新兴市场企业国际化的背景、意义、研究目的以及国内外研究现状。首先,从理论概述入手,阐述新兴市场企业国际化的定义、特点,以及国际化战略发展路径与形式,探讨新兴市场企业国际化战略选择的理论模型。其次,本文围绕影响因素展开讨论,包括宏观经济环境与政策因素、市场准入与商业文化因素,以及资本市场与融资渠道因素。最后,从竞争优势角度分析,着重探讨了新兴市场企业国际化战略与成本优势、技术优势、创新能力、品牌建设以及市场渗透之间的联系。通过本研究,将为新兴市场企业制定国际化战略提供理论依据,并对其未来发展趋势具有重要参考意义。

Abstract
The internationalization strategy of emerging market enterprises is a subject of much attention in the global economy today. This study aims to explore the background, significance, research purpose and research status at home and abroad through systematic analysis. First of all, starting from the theoretical overview, elaborate the definition and characteristics of the internationalization of emerging market enterprises, as well as the development path and form of the internationalization strategy, and discuss the theoretical model of the choice of the internationalization strategy of emerging market enterprises. Secondly, this paper discusses the influencing factors, including macroeconomic environment and policy factors, market access and business culture factors, as well as capital market and financing channel factors. Finally, from the perspective of competitive advantage, the paper focuses on the connection between the internationalization strategy of emerging market enterprises, cost advantage, technology advantage, innovation ability, brand building and market penetration. Through this study, it will provide theoretical basis for emerging market enterprises to formulate internationalization strategy, and have important reference significance for their future development trend.
