  在全球化浪潮的推动下,跨国企业数量不断增加,不同文化背景下的企业交流与合作日益频繁,企业文化面临融合与冲突的新挑战。本研究旨在探讨全球化背景下企业文化的融合与冲突现象,分析其对企业运营和发展的影响。通过文献综述、案例分析和问卷调查相结合的方法,选取来自不同国家和地区具有代表性的跨国企业作为研究对象,深入剖析企业文化的内涵、特征及其在跨文化环境中的表现形式。研究发现,企业文化融合能够促进信息共享、资源整合和创新能力提升,而文化冲突则可能导致沟通障碍、管理成本增加等问题。创新点在于构建了企业文化融合度评估模型,为企业制定跨文化管理策略提供理论依据。此外,研究还揭示了积极的企业文化融合有助于增强企业的核心竞争力,为全球化背景下的企业跨文化管理提供了新的视角和方法论支持,对推动企业适应全球化发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract 
  Driven by the wave of globalization, the number of multinational corporations is increasing, leading to more frequent interactions and collaborations between enterprises from diverse cultural backgrounds, thereby posing new challenges of integration and conflict in corporate culture. This study aims to explore the phenomena of corporate culture integration and conflict under the backdrop of globalization and analyze their impacts on business operations and development. By employing a combination of literature review, case analysis, and survey methods, this research selects representative multinational corporations from different countries and regions as subjects to thoroughly examine the essence, characteristics, and manifestations of corporate culture in cross-cultural settings. The findings indicate that the integration of corporate cultures can facilitate information sharing, resource integration, and innovation enhancement, whereas cultural conflicts may result in communication barriers and increased management costs. An innovative contribution of this study is the construction of a corporate culture integration assessment model, providing theoretical support for formulating cross-cultural management strategies. Furthermore, the research reveals that active integration of corporate culture contributes to strengthening core competitiveness, offering new perspectives and methodological support for cross-cultural management in a globalized context, which holds significant practical implications for enhancing enterprises' adaptability to globalization.
