摘 要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈和客户需求的多样化,传统企业生产模式面临诸多挑战,亟需通过精益生产模式的优化与创新来提升竞争力。本研究基于此背景,以实现企业资源高效利用、成本降低及产品质量提升为目的,深入探讨了企业精益生产模式的优化路径与创新策略。通过对国内外相关理论文献的系统梳理,结合实地调研获取的一手数据,运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,从价值流重构、流程再造、信息化集成等多维度对企业精益生产模式进行剖析。研究发现,价值流的精准识别与优化是精益生产的基础,能够有效消除浪费;流程再造则实现了业务流程的简化与标准化,提高了生产效率;信息化集成构建了信息共享平台,促进了各部门间的协同作业。本研究创新性地提出了融合智能制造技术的精益生产新模式,不仅突破了传统精益生产的局限,还为企业提供了更具操作性的实践指导,为推动我国制造业转型升级、提高企业核心竞争力做出了重要贡献。

Abstract
As market competition intensifies and customer demands become increasingly diverse, traditional enterprise production models face numerous challenges and urgently require optimization and innovation through lean production to enhance competitiveness. This study, against this backdrop, aims to achieve efficient utilization of enterprise resources, cost reduction, and quality improvement by thoroughly exploring the optimization paths and innovative strategies of lean production models in enterprises. Through a systematic review of relevant theoretical literature both domestically and internationally, combined with primary data obtained from field research, this study employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to examine enterprise lean production models from multiple dimensions including value stream reconfiguration, process reengineering, and information integration. The findings indicate that precise identification and optimization of value streams form the foundation of lean production, effectively eliminating waste; process reengineering simplifies and standardizes business processes, thereby improving production efficiency; information integration constructs an information-sharing platform, promoting collaborative operations among departments. Innovatively, this study proposes a new lean production model integrated with intelligent manufacturing technologies, which not only transcends the limitations of traditional lean production but also provides enterprises with more operational practical guidance, making significant contributions to the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract
