摘    要

  随着全球化竞争加剧和科技迅猛发展,企业面临前所未有的创新压力与机遇,内部创新管理成为提升企业核心竞争力的关键。本研究旨在探讨企业内部创新管理机制及其实践路径,基于对国内外相关理论的梳理与分析,结合我国企业实际情况,采用文献研究法、案例分析法和问卷调查法,选取不同规模、行业的典型企业作为样本,深入剖析其内部创新管理模式。研究表明,有效的内部创新管理需要构建完善的组织架构,营造积极的创新文化氛围,建立科学合理的激励机制,强化知识共享平台建设,重视人才引进与培养。研究发现,创新型企业的成功在于将创新融入日常运营流程,形成制度化、常态化的工作机制,通过跨部门协作打破信息孤岛,实现资源共享与优势互补。本研究创新性地提出“全员参与式创新”理念,强调员工个体创造力对企业整体创新能力的重要性,为我国企业在新时代背景下推进创新驱动发展战略提供了理论依据与实践参考,丰富了企业创新管理理论体系,为企业管理者制定创新策略提供有益借鉴。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of global competition and rapid technological advancement, enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure and opportunities for innovation, making internal innovation management crucial for enhancing core competitiveness. This study aims to explore the mechanisms and practical pathways of internal innovation management within enterprises. Based on a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant theories both domestically and internationally, combined with the actual conditions of Chinese enterprises, this research employs literature review, case analysis, and survey methods, selecting typical enterprises of different scales and industries as samples to thoroughly analyze their internal innovation management models. The findings indicate that effective internal innovation management requires establishing a well-structured organizational fr amework, fostering a proactive innovation culture, instituting scientifically sound incentive mechanisms, strengthening knowledge-sharing platforms, and emphasizing talent acquisition and development. It is discovered that successful innovative enterprises integrate innovation into daily operational processes, forming institutionalized and routine working mechanisms, breaking down information silos through inter-departmental collaboration, and achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages. Innovatively, this study proposes the concept of "全员参与式创新" (全员-participatory innovation), highlighting the importance of individual employee creativity to the overall innovation capability of the enterprise. This provides theoretical support and practical references for Chinese enterprises to advance innovation-driven development strategies in the new era, enriching the theoretical system of enterprise innovation management and offering valuable insights for managers in formulating innovation strategies.
