摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争日益激烈,企业面临战略转型的迫切需求。本研究聚焦于企业战略转型过程中的文化适应性问题,旨在探讨文化因素在企业战略转型中的作用机制及其影响路径。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,发现现有研究对文化适应性的关注不足,尤其缺乏对中国情境下企业转型过程中文化适应性的深入分析。为此,本研究基于扎根理论,选取了不同行业、规模的企业作为研究对象,采用深度访谈、问卷调查等多方法收集数据,并运用统计分析软件进行量化处理。研究结果表明,企业文化与战略转型之间存在显著的相关性,积极的文化适应能够促进战略转型的成功实施,而消极的文化适应则可能成为转型的障碍。进一步分析发现,领导力、员工参与度以及组织学习能力是影响文化适应性的关键因素。本研究创新性地构建了企业战略转型中文化适应性的理论框架,为理解中国企业战略转型提供了新的视角,也为企业管理者在制定转型策略时提供了实践指导,强调了文化因素的重要性,弥补了现有研究的不足,丰富了企业战略管理理论体系。

Abstract
As the process of globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, enterprises are confronted with an urgent need for strategic transformation. This study focuses on the issue of cultural adaptability during enterprise strategic transformation, aiming to explore the mechanisms and influence paths of cultural factors in this process. Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature, it is found that existing research pays insufficient attention to cultural adaptability, particularly lacking in-depth analysis of cultural adaptability in the context of Chinese enterprises undergoing transformation. To address this gap, this study employs grounded theory, selecting enterprises from different industries and scales as research subjects, and adopts multiple methods such as in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to collect data, which are then processed quantitatively using statistical analysis software. The results indicate a significant correlation between corporate culture and strategic transformation, demonstrating that positive cultural adaptability can facilitate the successful implementation of strategic transformation while negative cultural adaptability may pose obstacles. Further analysis reveals that leadership, employee engagement, and organizational learning capability are key factors influencing cultural adaptability. Innovatively, this study constructs a theoretical fr amework of cultural adaptability in enterprise strategic transformation, providing a new perspective for understanding the strategic transformation of Chinese enterprises and offering practical guidance for managers in formulating transformation strategies by emphasizing the importance of cultural factors. It also addresses the shortcomings of existing research and enriches the theoretical system of enterprise strategic management.
