摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络空间安全面临前所未有的挑战,网络风险传播呈现出复杂性、动态性和不确定性特征。为此,构建基于复杂网络理论的网络安全风险传播模型具有重要意义。本研究旨在通过引入复杂网络理论中的节点度分布、聚类系数等概念,结合实际网络安全场景,建立一个能够准确描述风险传播过程的数学模型。采用仿真模拟与实证分析相结合的方法,对不同网络拓扑结构下的风险传播特性进行深入研究。结果表明,该模型能有效刻画不同类型网络环境中的风险传播规律,揭示出关键节点在风险扩散中的重要作用。相较于传统模型,本研究创新性地将节点权重和边权重纳入考量,使模型更贴合实际网络环境;同时提出了基于社区结构的风险防控策略,为制定针对性的安全防护措施提供了理论依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, cyberspace security is facing unprecedented challenges, and network risk transmission is characterized by complexity, dynamics and uncertainty. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a network security risk propagation model based on complex network theory. This study aims to build a mathematical model that can accurately describe the risk propagation process by introducing the concepts of node degree distribution and clustering coefficient in the complex network theory, and combining with the actual network security scenarios. A combination of simulation and empirical analysis is used to study the characteristics of risk propagation under different network topologies. The results show that the model can effectively characterize the law of risk propagation in different types of network environments and reveal the important role of key nodes in risk diffusion. Compared with the traditional model, this study innovatively considers the node weight and edge weight to make the model more suitable to the actual network environment. Meanwhile, it proposes the risk prevention and control strategy based on community structure, which provides theoretical basis for formulating targeted security protection measures.
