摘 要
随着全球人口老龄化趋势加剧,中国老年人口规模持续扩大,老龄化程度不断加深,给社会工作福利带来诸多挑战。本研究旨在探索老龄化背景下社会工作福利的创新路径,以期为应对老龄化挑战提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献进行系统梳理,结合实地调研、案例分析等方法,深入剖析当前社会工作福利在老年群体服务中存在的问题,如资源分配不均、服务内容单一、专业人才匮乏等。在此基础上,提出构建多元化社会参与机制、整合优化资源配置、创新服务模式以及加强专业人才培养等创新路径。研究发现,多元主体协同合作能够有效弥补政府力量的不足,实现资源共享与优势互补;智能化、个性化服务模式更贴合老年人需求,提升服务质量;强化专业教育与在职培训有助于打造高素质社会工作队伍。本研究不仅为完善我国社会工作福利体系提供了新思路,也为其他国家和地区应对老龄化问题提供了有益参考。

Abstract
As the global population ages, China's elderly population continues to expand, deepening the degree of aging and presenting numerous challenges to social work and welfare. This study aims to explore innovative pathways for social work welfare in the context of an aging society, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for addressing these challenges. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing methods such as field research and case analysis, this study thoroughly examines existing issues in social work welfare services for the elderly, including uneven resource distribution,单一的服务内容和专业人才短缺。On this basis, the study proposes innovative pathways such as establishing a diversified social participation mechanism, integrating and optimizing resource allocation, innovating service models, and strengthening professional talent cultivation. The findings indicate that collaborative efforts among multiple stakeholders can effectively compensate for the limitations of government resources, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages; intelligent and personalized service models better meet the needs of the elderly, enhancing service quality; and reinforcing professional education and on-the-job training contributes to building a high-quality social work force. This research not only offers new perspectives for improving China’s social work welfare system but also provides valuable references for other countries and regions facing aging populations.
