区块链技术在金融领域的优势与挑战 -计算机科学与技术专业

摘要

区块链技术作为一种分布式账本技术，近年来在金融领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。本文旨在探讨区块链技术在金融领域的优势与挑战，通过文献综述和案例分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了区块链技术的核心特征及其对金融体系的影响。研究发现，区块链技术具有去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特性，能够有效提升金融交易的透明度和安全性，降低运营成本，提高清算结算效率。特别是在跨境支付、供应链金融、证券交易等领域展现出显著的应用价值。然而，该技术也面临诸多挑战，包括监管政策不完善、技术标准缺乏统一、性能扩展性不足等问题。本文创新性地提出了构建多方协同治理机制的解决方案，强调应从技术创新、制度建设、国际合作三个维度共同推进区块链技术在金融领域的健康发展。研究结果表明，区块链技术虽然存在挑战，但其带来的变革性影响将重塑金融生态，为金融服务创新提供新的思路和发展方向，对推动金融科技发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

Blockchain technology, as a distributed ledger technology, has demonstrated significant application potential in the financial sector in recent years. This paper aims to explore the advantages and challenges of blockchain technology in finance by combining literature review with case analysis, systematically examining the core characteristics of blockchain technology and its impact on the financial system. The study finds that blockchain technology possesses features such as decentralization, immutability, and traceability, which can effectively enhance the transparency and security of financial transactions, reduce operational costs, and improve the efficiency of clearing and settlement. It exhibits remarkable application value particularly in areas like cross-border payments, supply chain finance, and securities trading. However, this technology also faces numerous challenges, including incomplete regulatory policies, lack of unified technical standards, and insufficient scalability. This paper innovatively proposes the construction of a multi-party collaborative governance mechanism as a solution, emphasizing the need to promote the healthy development of blockchain technology in finance from three dimensions: technological innovation, institutional building, and international cooperation. The research results indicate that although blockchain technology encounters challenges, its transformative impact will reshape the financial ecosystem, providing new ideas and directions for financial service innovation and playing a crucial role in advancing the development of fintech.
