摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，企业信息化建设成为提升竞争力的关键。云计算技术凭借其按需服务、资源池化、快速弹性等优势，在企业信息化进程中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨云计算技术对企业信息化建设的影响，通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，深入剖析云计算在成本控制、业务灵活性、数据管理等方面的具体应用。研究表明，云计算能够显著降低企业IT基础设施建设成本，提高资源配置效率，增强企业的市场响应速度。同时，云计算平台提供了强大的数据存储与处理能力，有助于企业实现数据驱动的决策优化。此外，该技术还促进了企业间的信息共享与协同工作，为构建高效的企业生态系统奠定了基础。本研究创新性地提出了云计算环境下企业信息化建设的评价指标体系，为企业合理选择和应用云计算服务提供了理论依据，对推动企业数字化转型具有重要指导意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise informatization has become crucial for enhancing competitiveness. Cloud computing technology, characterized by its on-demand service, resource pooling, and rapid elasticity, plays an irreplaceable role in the advancement of enterprise informatization. This study aims to explore the impact of cloud computing technology on enterprise informatization through a combination of literature analysis and case studies, delving into specific applications in cost control, business flexibility, and data management. The research findings indicate that cloud computing can significantly reduce the costs associated with IT infrastructure construction, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and enhance market responsiveness. Moreover, cloud computing platforms provide robust data storage and processing capabilities, facilitating data-driven decision optimization. Additionally, this technology promotes information sharing and collaborative work among enterprises, laying the foundation for building efficient enterprise ecosystems. Innovatively, this study proposes an evaluation index system for enterprise informatization under cloud computing environments, offering theoretical guidance for enterprises to reasonably select and apply cloud computing services, which is of significant importance for promoting digital transformation.
