Abstract

  With the rapid development of information technology, intelligent buildings, as a crucial component of smart cities, have become a key indicator for measuring urban development. This study focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in intelligent buildings, aiming to enhance the automation and intelligence levels of building systems through the introduction of advanced AI technologies, thereby achieving optimal resource allocation and efficient management. Based on deep learning algorithms and big data analysis methods, an integrated intelligent building management system has been developed that encompasses multiple dimensions such as building environment monitoring, energy management, and security prevention. The system is capable of real-time data collection and processing of massive datasets, utilizing neural network models to accurately predict and control internal environmental parameters, effectively reducing energy consumption by over 30% while increasing fault prediction accuracy to 95%. Additionally, this research innovatively proposes an adaptive learning mechanism, endowing the system with self-optimization capabilities to automatically adjust operational strategies according to different scenario requirements, providing users with a more comfortable and convenient living and working environment. The research findings not only offer new ideas and technical means for intelligent building design but also lay a solid foundation for promoting the transformation of the construction industry towards intelligence.
