摘 要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展，支付安全成为影响其可持续发展的关键因素。本研究旨在深入分析电子商务支付过程中存在的安全隐患及应对策略，通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了当前支付安全面临的主要问题，包括网络环境下的信息泄露、支付验证机制不完善、法律法规滞后等，并结合实际案例剖析了这些问题产生的根源。研究发现，现有支付体系在技术防护和制度建设方面存在明显不足，亟需构建多层次的安全保障体系。为此，本文提出基于区块链技术的支付安全解决方案，该方案不仅能够提供不可篡改的交易记录，还能有效提升支付过程的透明度和可追溯性。同时，建议从完善法律法规、强化用户安全意识教育、优化支付平台内部管理等方面入手，形成全方位的安全防护机制。研究表明，通过技术创新与制度完善双管齐下，可以显著提高电子商务支付安全性，为用户提供更加可靠便捷的支付体验，对促进电子商务健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, payment security has become a critical factor influencing its sustainable development. This study aims to thoroughly analyze the security risks and countermeasures in the e-commerce payment process. By integrating literature review and case analysis, this research systematically examines the primary issues confronting current payment security, including information leakage in network environments, inadequate payment verification mechanisms, and lagging legislation. Through an in-depth analysis of actual cases, the root causes of these problems are identified. The findings reveal significant deficiencies in existing payment systems concerning both technical protection and institutional construction, necessitating the establishment of a multi-layered security fr amework. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a blockchain-based payment security solution that not only provides tamper-proof transaction records but also enhances the transparency and traceability of the payment process. Additionally, it is recommended to improve legislation, strengthen user security awareness education, and optimize internal management of payment platforms to establish a comprehensive security protection mechanism. The study demonstrates that combining technological innovation with institutional improvements can significantly enhance the security of e-commerce payments, offering users a more reliable and convenient payment experience, which is crucial for the healthy development of e-commerce.
