摘 要
社区环境保护是实现可持续发展的重要组成部分，当前我国城市化进程加快，社区环境问题日益凸显，如垃圾处理不当、噪音污染严重等，影响居民生活质量。本研究旨在探讨社会工作介入社区环境保护的有效策略与实践路径，以提升社区环境治理水平。基于社会生态系统理论，采用文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果，运用案例分析法选取典型社区进行深入剖析，并通过问卷调查和访谈收集一手数据。研究表明，社会工作者能够发挥资源整合者、倡导者等角色作用，在社区环境保护中构建多元主体参与机制，促进居民环保意识觉醒并转化为实际行动，推动社区环境改善。

Abstract
Community environmental protection is an important part of realizing sustainable development. At present, China's urbanization process is accelerating, and community environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent, such as improper garbage disposal and serious noise pollution, which affect the quality of life of residents. This study aims to explore the effective strategies and practical paths of social work intervention in community environmental protection to improve the level of community environmental governance. Based on the theory of social ecosystem, literature analysis is used to sort out relevant research results at home and abroad, case analysis is used to select typical communities for in-depth analysis, and first-hand data is collected through questionnaire survey and interview. Research shows that social workers can play the role of resource integrators and advocates, build a multi-subject participation mechanism in community environmental protection, promote the awakening of residents' environmental awareness and transform it into practical actions, and promote the improvement of community environment.
