摘 要
随着社会结构的变迁和社区问题复杂性的增加，传统的单一部门社会工作模式难以满足日益多样化的社区需求。本研究旨在探讨跨部门合作在社区社会工作中的应用及其效果，以期为构建更加高效、综合的社区服务体系提供理论依据与实践参考。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合对上海市某典型社区为期一年的实地调研，采用问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析相结合的方法，共收集有效样本327份。研究发现，跨部门合作能够有效整合资源，打破部门壁垒，形成协同效应，显著提升服务效率与质量；通过建立多主体参与的合作机制，不仅增强了社区居民的归属感和满意度，还促进了不同部门间的沟通与信任。创新点在于首次将社会网络分析方法引入社区社会工作领域，从关系视角揭示了跨部门合作的内在机理，并构建了包含资源共享度、协作紧密度和服务成效三个维度的评价体系。

Abstract
With the change of social structure and the increasing complexity of community problems, the traditional single-sector social work model struggles to meet the increasingly diverse community needs. This study aims to explore the application and effect of cross-sectoral cooperation in community social work, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of a more efficient and comprehensive community service system. Through the systematic review of the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the one-year field investigation of a typical community in Shanghai, using the combination of questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and case analysis, a total of 327 effective samples were collected. Research found that cross-departmental cooperation can effectively integrate resources, break down departmental barriers, form synergies, and significantly improve service efficiency and quality; Through the establishment of multi-subject cooperation mechanism, not only enhance the sense of belonging and satisfaction of community residents, but also promote the communication and trust between different departments. The innovation point is to introduce the social network analysis method into the field of community social work for the first time, reveal the internal mechanism of cross-department cooperation from the perspective of relationship, and construct an evaluation system including three dimensions of resource sharing, collaboration closeness and service effectiveness.

Abstract
