摘 要
随着城市化进程加速，社区矛盾日益复杂化、多样化，传统的调解方式面临诸多挑战。本研究旨在探讨社会工作方法与技巧在社区矛盾调解中的应用效果，以期为构建和谐社区提供新思路。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合实地调研和案例分析，选取了具有代表性的社区作为研究对象，运用参与式观察、深度访谈等质性研究方法，深入剖析社区矛盾产生的根源及其演变过程。研究发现，社会工作者凭借专业优势，在矛盾调解中能够有效整合资源，建立信任关系，通过个案管理、小组工作、社区发展等多种介入模式，不仅解决了具体问题，还提升了居民的自我效能感和社会资本。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the community contradictions are increasingly complicated and diversified, and the traditional mediation methods face many challenges. This study aims to explore the application effect of social work methods and techniques in community conflict mediation, in order to provide new ideas for building a harmonious community. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research and case analysis, representative communities are selected as the research ob jects, and qualitative research methods such as participatory observation and in-depth interview are used to deeply analyze the root causes and evolution process of community contradictions. The study found that social workers can effectively integrate resources and establish trust relationship in the mediation of conflicts. Through case management, group work, community development and other intervention modes, they not only solve specific problems, but also improve residents' self-efficacy and social capital.
