摘 要
社区发展与社会工作专业关系紧密相连，二者在推动社会和谐稳定方面发挥着不可替代的作用。随着我国城市化进程的加快以及社会治理体系现代化需求的增长，如何有效整合社区资源、提升居民福祉成为重要课题。本研究旨在探讨社区发展与社会工作专业的内在联系及其相互促进机制，通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关理论成果，结合案例研究法选取典型社区进行实地调研，深入剖析两者融合发展的现状、机遇与挑战。研究发现，社会工作专业理念和方法能够为社区建设提供科学指导，如精准识别服务对象需求、设计个性化干预方案等；而社区发展则为社会工作者提供了广阔实践平台，有助于其专业能力的提升。

Abstract
Community development is closely related to social work professionalism, which play an irreplaceable role in promoting social harmony and stability. With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the growth of the demand for the modernization of the social governance system, how to effectively integrate community resources and improve residents' well-being has become an important topic. The purpose of this study is to explore the internal connection between community development and social work specialty and their mutual promotion mechanism. We can sort out relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad through literature analysis, select typical communities for field research, and deeply analyze the current situation, opportunities and challenges of the integrated development of the two. The study found that professional concepts and methods of social work can provide scientific guidance for community construction, such as accurate identification of service ob ject needs and designing personalized intervention programs, while community development provides a broad practice platform for social workers to improve their professional ability.

Abstract
