摘    要

  随着社会经济的快速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,企业面临着诸多挑战,员工的工作态度与情感状态对企业的生存与发展至关重要。基于此背景,本研究旨在探讨基于情感管理的员工激励策略,以期提高员工工作积极性、忠诚度及工作效率。通过文献综述梳理国内外相关研究成果,结合问卷调查与访谈法获取一手数据,选取不同类型的企业作为样本进行实证分析。研究发现,积极的情感管理能够显著提升员工满意度与归属感,具体表现为良好的工作氛围有助于员工释放压力、增强团队协作精神;个性化的情感关怀措施可满足员工心理需求,进而激发其内在动力。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, the enterprise is faced with many challenges, and the working attitude and emotional state of the employees are crucial to the survival and development of the enterprise. Based on this background, this study aims to explore the employee incentive strategies based on emotion management to improve their work enthusiasm, loyalty and work efficiency. Through the literature review, relevant research results at home and abroad were reviewed, first-hand data were obtained by questionnaire survey and interview method, and different types of enterprises were selected as samples for empirical analysis. Research shows that positive emotional management can significantly improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and a good working atmosphere helps employees to release pressure and enhance teamwork spirit; personalized emotional care measures can meet the psychological needs of employees, and then stimulate their internal motivation.
