  随着企业规模的不断扩大和全球化进程的加速,传统财务管理模式面临诸多挑战,构建财务共享服务中心成为提升企业财务管理效率的有效途径。本研究旨在探讨财务共享服务中心的构建与运营效果评估,以期为企业提供科学合理的建设方案及优化建议。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法以及访谈法等多元研究方法,选取具有代表性的大型企业作为样本,深入剖析其在建立财务共享服务中心过程中的组织架构设计、业务流程再造、信息技术应用等方面的经验做法。研究发现,财务共享服务中心能够显著降低运营成本,提高财务处理速度与准确性,增强风险防控能力,促进集团内部资源整合与协同效应发挥。创新之处在于构建了涵盖成本效益、服务质量、风险管理等多个维度的综合评价体系,并提出基于大数据技术驱动的智能化运营模式,为后续研究提供了新的视角。研究表明,成功构建并有效运营财务共享服务中心是现代企业发展不可或缺的重要支撑,不仅有助于提升企业核心竞争力,还对推动整个行业转型升级具有重要意义。

Abstract 
  As enterprises continue to expand in scale and globalization accelerates, traditional financial management models face numerous challenges. Establishing a financial shared service center (FSSC) has become an effective approach to enhancing corporate financial management efficiency. This study aims to explore the construction and operational effectiveness evaluation of FSSCs, providing scientifically sound and reasonable construction plans and optimization suggestions for enterprises. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing multiple research methods including case analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, this study selects representative large-scale enterprises as samples to thoroughly analyze their experiences in organizational structure design, business process reengineering, and information technology application during the establishment of FSSCs. The findings indicate that FSSCs can significantly reduce operating costs, improve the speed and accuracy of financial processing, enhance risk prevention and control capabilities, and promote resource integration and synergy within the group. The innovation lies in constructing a comprehensive evaluation system covering multiple dimensions such as cost-effectiveness, service quality, and risk management, and proposing an intelligent operation model driven by big data technology, offering new perspectives for subsequent research. The study demonstrates that successfully building and effectively operating FSSCs is an indispensable support for modern enterprise development, not only contributing to enhancing core competitiveness but also playing a significant role in promoting industry transformation and upgrading.
