摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,智慧城市成为提升城市管理水平、改善居民生活质量的重要方向,物联网技术凭借其强大的感知、传输与处理能力,在智慧城市建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨物联网技术在智慧城市构建中的应用,以期为智慧城市的建设提供理论依据和技术支持。通过文献研究法梳理国内外相关研究成果,明确研究现状与不足;运用案例分析法选取具有代表性的智慧城市建设项目进行剖析。研究表明,物联网技术可实现城市基础设施智能化管理,如智能交通系统能有效缓解交通拥堵,提高道路通行效率;智能环境监测系统有助于及时掌握城市环境状况,为环境保护决策提供数据支撑。同时,基于物联网的城市安防系统提高了公共安全水平。创新点在于将物联网技术与城市规划深度融合,提出了一套适用于不同类型城市的物联网应用框架,不仅涵盖了硬件设施部署,还涉及软件平台搭建及数据融合共享机制,为主动式城市管理提供了新思路,推动了城市治理模式从被动应对向主动预防转变,对促进智慧城市健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, smart cities have become a critical direction for enhancing urban management and improving residents' quality of life. Internet of Things (IoT) technology, with its robust capabilities in perception, transmission, and processing, plays an indispensable role in the construction of smart cities. This study aims to explore the application of IoT technology in the development of smart cities, providing theoretical support and technical guidance. By employing literature review methods, this research examines both domestic and international studies to identify current research status and deficiencies. Case analysis methods are utilized to analyze representative smart city projects. The findings indicate that IoT technology can achieve intelligent management of urban infrastructure; for instance, intelligent transportation systems can effectively alleviate traffic congestion and improve road efficiency, while intelligent environmental monitoring systems facilitate timely understanding of urban environmental conditions, supporting environmental protection decisions with data. Moreover, IoT-based urban security systems enhance public safety levels. An innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of IoT technology with urban planning, proposing a comprehensive IoT application fr amework suitable for different types of cities. This fr amework not only covers hardware deployment but also involves software platform construction and data fusion sharing mechanisms, offering new perspectives for proactive urban management and promoting a shift from reactive response to proactive prevention in urban governance models, which is significant for the healthy development of smart cities.
