摘 要
随着数字内容产业的迅猛发展,版权保护面临诸多挑战,传统版权保护机制在确权、用权和维权等环节存在效率低下、证据易篡改等问题。本研究旨在探讨区块链技术在版权保护中的应用,以期构建更加高效、透明且不可篡改的版权管理体系。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,深入剖析区块链技术特性及其与版权保护需求的契合点,重点考察其在作品登记、授权管理及侵权追踪等方面的应用效果。研究表明,基于区块链的版权保护系统能够实现作品创作时间戳记录、智能合约自动执行授权协议以及全网范围内的侵权行为监测,有效解决了传统模式下的痛点问题。创新性地提出了一种融合IPFS(分布式文件系统)与联盟链架构的综合解决方案,不仅确保了数据存储的安全性和永久性,还实现了跨平台协作。该方案在实际应用中展现出显著优势,为数字版权保护提供了全新思路和技术支撑,对于推动我国乃至全球数字内容产业健康发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the digital content industry, copyright protection faces numerous challenges. Traditional copyright protection mechanisms suffer from inefficiencies in rights confirmation, utilization, and enforcement, as well as issues with evidence tampering. This study aims to explore the application of blockchain technology in copyright protection to establish a more efficient, transparent, and tamper-proof copyright management system. By combining literature analysis with case studies, this research delves into the characteristics of blockchain technology and its alignment with copyright protection requirements, focusing on its application effects in areas such as work registration, authorization management, and infringement tracking. The findings indicate that a blockchain-based copyright protection system can achieve timestamp recording of work creation, automatic execution of licensing agreements through smart contracts, and monitoring of infringing activities across the entire network, effectively addressing pain points in traditional models. Innovatively, this study proposes a comprehensive solution integrating IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) with a consortium blockchain architecture, ensuring secure and permanent data storage while enabling cross-platform collaboration. This solution demonstrates significant advantages in practical applications, providing new ideas and technical support for digital copyright protection, which is of great practical significance for promoting the healthy development of the digital content industry both in China and globally.
