Abstract 
  High-performance computing (HPC) clusters, as critical infrastructure for modern scientific research and engineering applications, play a pivotal role in enhancing computational efficiency and resource utilization. This paper addresses the issues of不合理 resource scheduling, high communication latency, and excessive energy consumption in existing HPC clusters during large-scale parallel computing tasks by proposing an optimization approach based on intelligent resource management and dynamic load balancing. By incorporating deep reinforcement learning algorithms to achieve smart allocation of cluster resources, adaptive network topology adjustment techniques are combined to reduce inter-node communication delays, while energy-saving strategies are employed to realize green computing. Experimental results demonstrate that under identical hardware configurations, the proposed method can shorten the average task completion time by 25%, increase resource utilization by 30%, and decrease energy consumption by 18%. Moreover, this solution exhibits excellent scalability, making it suitable for HPC environments of various scales.
