摘 要
在竞争性市场环境中,企业面临着日益激烈的竞争压力,成本领先战略成为众多企业获取竞争优势的关键选择。本研究旨在探讨成本领先战略在竞争性市场中的实现路径,通过系统梳理相关理论并结合实证分析,深入剖析企业在实施该战略过程中面临的挑战与机遇。基于波特的竞争战略理论框架,采用案例研究法和定量分析相结合的方式,选取多个行业具有代表性的企业作为样本,对其成本结构、运营模式及管理机制进行全面剖析。研究发现,成功实施成本领先战略的企业普遍注重优化供应链管理、强化成本控制体系、提升生产效率以及构建灵活的组织架构。创新之处在于引入了动态能力视角,强调企业应具备快速适应市场变化的能力,并将技术创新与成本控制有机结合,形成可持续的竞争优势。

Abstract
In the competitive market environment, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competitive pressure, and the cost leading strategy has become the key choice for many enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. The purpose of this study is to explore the realization path of cost leading strategy in competitive markets, and to deeply analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by enterprises in the implementation of the strategy by systematically combing relevant theories and combining empirical analysis. Based on the theoretical fr amework of Porter te competitive strategy, using the combination of case study method and quantitative analysis, the representative enterprises in many industries are selected as samples to make a comprehensive analysis of their cost structure, operation mode and management mechanism. The study found that companies that successfully implement the cost leadership strategy generally focus on optimizing supply chain management, strengthening cost control systems, improving production efficiency, and building a flexible organizational structure. The innovation lies in the introduction of a dynamic capability perspective, emphasizing that enterprises should have the ability to quickly adapt to market changes, and organically combine technological innovation with cost control to form a sustainable competitive advantage.
