摘  要:随着素质教育的推进,小学体育教育的重要性日益凸显,然而当前小学体育教师教学能力存在诸多不足,如教学方法单一、专业素养欠缺等,影响了教学质量。本研究旨在探索提升小学体育教师教学能力的有效路径,以期为小学体育教育质量的提高提供支持。通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果,运用问卷调查和访谈法收集我国小学体育教师教学现状的一手资料,并结合案例分析进行深入探讨。研究表明,目前小学体育教师在教学理念更新、教学技能提升以及职业发展支持方面存在明显需求。研究发现建立完善的培训体系、优化课程设置、加强校本教研是提升教学能力的关键举措。

Research on the improvement path of the teaching ability of primary school physical education 

Abstract:With the promotion of quality education, the importance of primary school physical education has become increasingly prominent. However, there are many deficiencies in the teaching ability of primary school PE teachers, such as single teaching method and lack of professional quality, which affect the teaching quality. This study aims to explore effective ways to improve the teaching ability of primary school PE teachers in order to support the quality of primary school physical education. Through literature analysis, relevant research results at home and abroad are summarized, questionnaire survey and interview are used to collect primary teaching data of primary school physical education teachers in China, and make in-depth discussions combined with case analysis. The research shows that there are obvious needs for primary school physical education teachers in updating teaching ideas, improving teaching skills and providing career development support. It is found that establishing a perfect training system, optimizing the curriculum and strengthening school-based teaching research are the key measures to improve the teaching ability.
