智能工厂中物联网技术的应用分析

             

摘    要

随着工业4.0的推进,智能工厂成为制造业转型升级的关键方向,物联网技术作为实现智能工厂的重要支撑,在生产过程优化、设备管理等方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在深入探讨物联网技术在智能工厂中的应用效果,以期为相关企业提供参考借鉴。通过对国内外多家典型智能工厂实地调研与案例分析,结合定量与定性研究方法,重点考察了物联网技术在生产监控、设备互联、供应链协同等环节的应用模式。研究发现,物联网技术能够显著提升生产效率,降低运营成本,实现设备预测性维护,提高产品质量稳定性。特别是通过RFID、传感器网络等技术手段,实现了对生产流程的实时监测与数据采集,为企业决策提供了有力支持。

Abstract 
With the promotion of Industry 4.0, smart factories have become the key direction of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The Internet of Things technology, as an important support for the realization of smart factories, has shown great potential in the production process optimization, equipment management and other aspects. The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the application effect of Internet of Things technology in intelligent factory, in order to provide reference for related enterprises. Through field research and case analysis of many typical smart factories at home and abroad, combined with quantitative and qualitative research methods, the application mode of the Internet of Things technology in production monitoring, equipment interconnection, supply chain collaboration and other links is emphasized. The study found that the Internet of Things technology can significantly improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, achieve predictive maintenance of equipment, and improve product quality stability. In particular, through RFID, sensor network and other technical means, the real-time monitoring and data collection of the production process are realized, which provides strong support for enterprise decision-making.
