随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化营销逐渐成为企业提升品牌形象的重要手段。本研究旨在探讨数字化营销对品牌形象提升的具体路径,基于此构建理论框架并提出假设,以中国市场的多个行业为研究对象,采用问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法收集数据,运用统计分析软件进行数据分析。研究发现,数字化营销通过精准定位目标客户群体,借助大数据分析客户需求和偏好,利用社交媒体、网络广告等多渠道传播品牌信息,增强与消费者的互动交流,提高品牌的知名度、美誉度和忠诚度。创新之处在于将数字化营销元素与品牌形象维度相融合,深入剖析各因素之间的内在联系,不仅丰富了品牌形象理论体系,还为企业在数字化时代制定有效的营销策略提供了科学依据。

Abstract 
With the rapid development of information technology, digital marketing has gradually become an important means for enterprises to enhance their brand image. The purpose of this study is to explore the specific path of digital marketing to improve brand image, build a theoretical fr amework and put forward hypotheses, take multiple industries in the Chinese market as the research ob ject, adopt the method of combining questionnaire survey and case analysis to collect data, and use statistical analysis software for data analysis. The research found that digital marketing accurately targets target customer groups, analyzes customer needs and preferences with the help of big data, uses social media, online advertising and other channels to spread brand information, enhances the interaction and communication with consumers, and improves brand awareness, reputation and loyalty. The innovation lies in the integration of digital marketing elements and brand image dimensions, and the in-depth analysis of the internal connection between various factors, which not only enriches the theoretical system of brand image, but also provides a scientific basis for enterprises to develop effective marketing strategies in the digital era.
