Abstract

With the rapid development of modern industry, the efficiency and intelligence level of warehousing and logistics system have become the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. As an important part of modern logistics, the automated storage system based on PLC (Programmable logic controller) is of great significance in improving storage efficiency and reducing operating costs. This research focuses on the key aspects of cargo access path planning, equipment scheduling algorithm and fault diagnosis mechanism. It innovatively introduces intelligent scheduling algorithm and adaptive control strategy to realize dynamic task assignment and real-time monitoring functions. The experimental results show that the optimized system increases the cargo handling speed by about 20%, the inventory turnover by 15%, and effectively reduces the equipment failure rate. The research not only provides theoretical basis and technical support for the upgrading of automated warehousing system, but also lays a foundation for the research and development of related fields, and has important practical significance for promoting the transformation of China's manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing.
