摘    要

在当前竞争激烈的市场环境下,如何有效激励员工,提高工作效率,已成为企业持续发展的关键。本研究采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,通过对比分析不同激励策略实施前后的工作效率变化,深入剖析激励策略与工作效率之间的内在联系。研究结果显示,合理的激励策略能够显著提升员工的工作积极性和满意度,进而促进工作效率的提高。主要贡献在于揭示了激励策略调整在提升员工工作效率方面的积极作用,并为企业提供了具体可行的激励方案。通过本研究,我们得出结论:员工激励策略的调整对于提高工作效率具有显著影响,企业应综合考虑物质与非物质激励,制定个性化的激励方案,以最大化地激发员工的工作热情和创造力。

Abstract 
In the current competitive market environment, how to effectively motivate employees, improve work efficiency, has become the key to the sustainable development of enterprises. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to compare analyze the changes of work efficiency before and after the implementation of different incentive strategies, and deeply analyze the internal connection between incentive strategies and work efficiency. The research results show that reasonable incentive strategies can significantly improve the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees, and thus promote the improvement of work efficiency. The main contribution is to reveal the positive role of incentive strategy adjustment in improving the work efficiency of employees, and providing specific and feasible incentive plans for enterprises. Through this study, we conclude that the adjustment of employee incentive strategy has a significant impact on improving work efficiency, and enterprises should consider material and intangible incentives and develop personalized incentive programs to maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.
