摘 要
随着我国人口老龄化加剧，老年人权益保护成为亟待解决的社会问题。本研究聚焦民法对老年人权益保护的法律制度，旨在构建系统完善的法律保障体系。通过对国内外相关文献梳理及案例分析，结合实地调研与问卷调查，深入剖析现行民法在老年人权益保护方面存在的不足，如财产继承、监护制度、居住权等关键领域。研究发现，当前立法存在部分条款滞后、操作性不强等问题，难以全面适应老龄化社会需求。为此，本文提出多项创新性建议：一是完善监护制度，引入意定监护机制；二是强化老年人财产权益保护，明确居住权相关规定；三是建立多元化纠纷解决机制，为老年人提供便捷高效的司法救济途径。

Abstract
With the aging of China's population, the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly has become an urgent social problem to be solved. This study focuses on the legal system of the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly by civil law, and aims to build a systematic and perfect legal protection system. Through the analysis of relevant documents and case analysis, combined with field research and questionnaire survey, the deficiencies in the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, such as property inheritance, guardianship system, right of residence and other key fields, are deeply analyzed. It is found that the current legislation has some problems such as lagging provisions and weak operability, which is difficult to fully adapt to the needs of the aging society. To this end, this paper puts forward a number of innovative suggestions: first, to improve the guardianship system and introduce the intentional guardianship mechanism; second, to strengthen the protection of the property rights and interests of the elderly and clarify the relevant provisions of residence; third, to establish a diversified dispute resolution mechanism to provide convenient and efficient judicial relief for the elderly.
