随着信息技术的迅猛发展,分布式数据库系统在大规模数据处理和存储方面发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,在网络环境复杂多变的情况下,如何平衡一致性与可用性成为亟待解决的关键问题。本研究聚焦于分布式数据库系统的一致性与可用性,旨在深入探讨两者之间的关系并提出有效的解决方案。通过分析CAP理论以及现有分布式数据库系统的架构特点,结合实际应用场景中的需求,采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法进行研究。基于Paxos算法改进了一种新的共识机制,该机制能够在保证强一致性的前提下提高系统的可用性。同时,构建了模拟测试平台对所提出的方案进行了全面测试,结果表明新机制相较于传统方法在网络分区等异常情况下具有更高的可用性和响应速度。此外,还提出了一种动态调整策略,根据系统负载和网络状况实时优化一致性级别,从而实现性能与可靠性的最佳平衡。本研究不仅为分布式数据库系统的设计提供了理论依据和技术支持,而且对于推动相关领域的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract 
With the rapid development of information technology, distributed database systems play an indispensable role in large-scale data processing and storage. However, achieving a balance between consistency and availability in complex and dynamic network environments has become a critical issue that needs to be addressed urgently. This study focuses on the consistency and availability of distributed database systems, aiming to explore the relationship between the two and propose effective solutions. By analyzing the CAP theorem and the architectural characteristics of existing distributed database systems, combined with the requirements of practical application scenarios, this research employs a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental validation. A new consensus mechanism based on improvements to the Paxos algorithm is proposed, which enhances system availability while ensuring strong consistency. Additionally, a simulation testing platform was constructed to comprehensively evaluate the proposed solution, and the results demonstrate that the new mechanism exhibits higher availability and response speed compared to traditional methods under exceptional conditions such as network partitions. Furthermore, a dynamic adjustment strategy is introduced to optimize consistency levels in real-time based on system load and network conditions, thereby achieving the optimal balance between performance and reliability. This study not only provides theoretical foundations and technical support for the design of distributed database systems but also holds significant implications for advancing related fields.
